My day is great with my assessor, her teaching method is marvelous. Am kind of nervous before the class but after spending time with her teaching me, i was relieved. she though me a lot, made me to understand, punctuations also building my confidence. i want to say a very big thank you, i do really appreciate your time. I am writing to you regarding Susan Kelly, who has been my QCF assessor throughout my Level 4. My journey through the qualification could not have been smoother having Sue as my assessor. It has been an absolute pleasure to complete the qualification with Sue; I am very grateful for her continued reassurance and guidance as well as the knowledge she has shared with me along the way. Sue has always been consistent and punctual, as well as being helpful and reassuring throughout each task. I know that Sue always had confidence in me, while having a friendly and professional approach where I was always able to ask questions. Sue was always incredibly prepared for our meetings and these were never rushed.

I feel incredibly lucky to have had Sue as my assessor and am confident in saying that any learner would win the assessor lottery to have Sue to guide them through the qualification.

Katie was amazing through out my qualification, I couldn’t had a better assessor. As I struggle with anxiety it took me a while to even start my qualification, Katie understood this and help me a lot and made me feel comfortable through out and reassured me a lot which I need. Katie has helped me gain the confidence I need and not look for reassurance as much. Katie is patient and understanding and an amazing assessor anyone would be lucky to have her as an assessor and I personally don’t think Katie needs to improve on anything. I can’t thank Katie enough.

I would like to take this opportunity for giving a brief description about my journey while pursuing NVQ level 3. In the beginning I didn’t have a clue on what I was doing as I was not having a proper assessor to guide. But later I understood the procedure on how Pengwin team works on it.
By the month of January 2024 I was assigned with an assessor Ms Katie where I have started getting things in the right track.
The very first day when I had a Teams meeting with you I was overwhelmed with joy to confirm that I have got the right person.
Throughout the year you have provided me with all support and guidance and it went on very smoothly. The work I had to do in relation to the course was not a hindrance to my work because you have made it easy for me.
You were ready to answer my questions and the quick reply I got from you have helped me a lot. The way you trained me for the MCQ assessment was remarkable. Each and every time that we met online and offline I felt myself that I am improving a lot in my practice and writing. I am very grateful to you.
While writing reflections and the corrections you have suggested were also the stepping stones to me to achieve this course.
The observations we did was also very stress free and the comments you have given to my Manager increased my confidence even better.
I don’t have any negative feedback on your training as it was amazing throughout.
